Dubai’s parks, beaches, and mountains (yes, Dubai has mountains) are looking more enticing by the day. The weather is beautiful right now, don’t waste it indoors!

This week, I’m sharing what could be my favorite chicken burger in Dubai. I have gatekept it for too long, I fear.

Burger28, Nad Al Hamar

A home-grown burger spot that you need to try. Their beef burgers are decent, but the chicken is where things get crazy, yet not too costly. You can dine in or order from your car. I strongly suggest “The Best Chicken Burger”. That’s literally what it’s called.

TTMB, Jumeirah

Short for To The Moon & Back, TTMB might be the coziest coffee spot in Dubai. Minimalist, calm, and consistently excellent. Great if you want to take a quiet moment or crack open your laptop.

Suhaila Lake, Hatta

Tucked in Dubai’s Hatta region, this peaceful lake is perfect for a laid-back BBQ or picnic outing surrounded by mountains. Expect calm water, clean air, and those rugged views that make the drive totally worth it. It’s road trip season!

Ripe Market, Academy Park, Jumeirah

Open every weekend (Saturday 9 AM – 9 PM, Sunday 9 AM – 7 PM), Ripe Market is the ultimate family outing. Think organic produce, food trucks, crafts, and a mini petting zoo. Bring a picnic blanket and make a day of it.

Picnics and BBQs in the park are a big part of Dubai’s winter culture. Grab supplies, meat, and a Karak flask to entertain the kids outdoors. Cheaper and healthier than soft play slides and pizza. Mushrif park, Al Qudra, Safa park, and Dubai Creek Park are all great spots.
